In-Direct High Pressure System
This advanced fire detection technology utilizes pressurized High Pressure CO2 Cylinder to automatically identify and respond to fire incidents.
Tech US In-Direct High Pressure System integrates advanced technology with functional simplicity. It utilizes a UL-listed, UV-protected, multi-layered Modified Polyamide Heat Sensing Tube to detect fires in enclosed spaces. Upon detection, the tube bursts, triggering the release of an extinguishing agent through dedicated discharge lines and specialized nozzles. This system excels in microenvironments, offering tailored solutions across various sizes and adheres to rigorous international quality standards. The CO2 variant, ideal for enclosed spaces with sensitive equipment, ensures fire suppression without residual damage.
System setup
- CO2 Pressurized Cyl. With IHP Valve
- Mounting Bracket
- Polymer Tube (UL Listed)
- End of Line
- Pressure Switch
- Alarm Panel
- SS Discharge Line
- Special Nozzle
System Operation Explanation
- When a fire occurs, the tubing will burst at the point of highest heat, it vents the pressurized nitrogen contained within, initiating the fire suppression sequence.
- The resulting pressure drop triggers the operation of the IHP (Indirect High Pressure) valve, releasing the designated clean agent into the protected enclosure. This flooding action effectively extinguishes the fire.
- Concurrently, integrated pressure switches are activated to signal building management systems and fire alarms, promptly notifying personnel of the detected fire event.
Applications
- Data Centers
- Telecommunication Facilities
- Control Rooms
- Electrical Substations
- Medical Facilities
- Museum Archives
Advantages
- Fast Response: The detection tube ensures immediate detection and suppression at the source of the fire.
- Minimal Damage: Clean agents leave no residue and cause minimal damage to electrical components.
- Simplicity: The system is relatively simple and does not require complex electrical connections or sensors.
- Reliability: The absence of moving parts in the detection mechanism reduces the likelihood of system failure.
- No Human Intervention: Ensures immediate response without human intervention, no need
